As a result of many years of an active court practice, Ms. Lynn has acquired a real-world perspective on drafting documents and advising clients on the probate process. She was recently re-elected to the Steering Committee of the Estates, Trusts and Probate Section of the D.C. Bar, where she serves as the financial officer and co-chair of the program committee. In addition, she is appointed by the Superior Court of the District of Columbia to serve as Successor Personal Representative in estate administration cases and as conservator for incapacitated individuals.
